Refunds & Returns 

If you are not l00% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our returns center for a full refund. (Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in and in the original packaging)

*Please note: We require a receipt or proof of purchase such as an order number or order confirmation email. 

We only accept returns communicated within our 60 day returns policy. 

Any item not in its original received condition that is damaged or missing parts, for any reasons not due to our error, cannot be accepted. (This does not include damage to the packaging) 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at support@castlebliss.com as soon as possible and include a photo or video showing the item is damaged or defective. In this case, we will provide a reshipment as soon as possible to make it right for you.

 

Easy Returns: 

  1. Email our customer care support team at support@castlebliss.com to request instructions on how to return your item.
  2. Ship the item to our returns center. Return shipping and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  3. After we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days and a full refund will be provided. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your credit card or original payment method. 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is accepted based on the condition of the returned item. If your return is accept, the refund will be given and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

If we are contacted while your order is still in the early stages of processing, we may, at our discretion, modify the color, type, and shipping address of your order upon request. 

If you notice a mistake on your address, please reach out immediately as that will increase the chances of us being able to correct it in time before your order is processed. Refunds will not be available for products that were never received due to an incorrect shipping address. 

 

International Shipments 

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of the products you ordered. Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
